Live Class Program: On-Demand Make-up Access & Transfer Policy
1. Policy Intent
Live interactive instruction is the core of our Live Class Program. To ensure learners never fall behind when life happens, enrolled live students receive complimentary access to our self-paced interactive modules for make-up practice. However, because live class seats are strictly reserved, attendance guidelines apply to keep live rosters active and accurate.
2. On-Demand Self-Paced Make-up Rules
Weekly & Monthly Live Class Plans
- Make-up Access: Free access to interactive self-paced modules whenever a live class is missed.
- Consecutive Absence Limit: Up to 2 consecutive missed live classes may be covered via self-paced make-ups.
- Transfer Trigger: Missing 3 consecutive live classes (relying solely on self-paced make-ups for 3 weeks in a row) indicates a preference for self-paced learning. The student will be automatically transitioned from the Live Class Program to the Self-Paced Program to release the reserved live seat.
25-Week Live Class Plan (Upfront Plan)
- Full Vault Access: Includes unlimited 24/7 access to the full self-paced module vault at all times (not just for make-ups).
- Seat Lock-in: 25-Week live members retain their guaranteed reserved live seat throughout the term, with access to both full live instruction and the complete self-paced vault.
3. Clarification of Consecutive Missed Classes
- Consecutive Absences (Triggers Transfer): Missing 3 live sessions in direct succession (e.g., missing Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3 consecutively).
- Attending Live Resets Count: Attending a live class resets the consecutive absence counter. For example, if a student misses 2 classes, attends the 3rd week live, and misses the 4th week, the counter resets and no automatic transfer occurs.

What happens if my child misses a Live Class?
We know busy schedules happen! If your child misses a live class:
- Interactive Make-ups: You can complete the interactive self-paced module on-demand to stay right on track.
- Consecutive Miss Rule: Live students can use self-paced make-ups for up to 2 consecutive missed weeks. If 3 consecutive live classes are missed, the student will be automatically transitioned to the Self-Paced Program so another learner can access the reserved live seat.
*Note: Attending a live session resets your consecutive absence count.
