For one-time private sessions:
All One-Time classes have a standard refund policy: “Cancel anytime. No refunds for past payments. Full refund until one week in advance of the upcoming class (counting the day of the class), or within 24 hours of purchase (until class starts).”
For ongoing classes:
All ongoing classes have a standard refund policy: “Cancel anytime. No refunds for past payments. Full refund until one week in advance of the upcoming class (counting the day of the class), or within 24 hours of purchase (until class starts).”
For multi day classes:
All multi day classes have a standard refund policy: “Cancel anytime. No refunds for past payments. Full refund until one week in advance of the upcoming class (counting the day of the class), or within 24 hours of purchase (until class starts).”
For Flexible Schedule classes:
"Cancel anytime. No refunds for past payments. Most recent payment can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase and prior to the first meeting of the payment period."

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15+ days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*** ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SENT BY YOU. ALSO, DIFFERENT PRODUCT TYPES WILL RECEIVE A DIFFERENT RETURN ADDRESS.***

Easily return damaged items:
- Books damaged on arrival (during shipment).
- Items individually handmade and/or labeled "Made to order '' damaged on arrival (during shipment).
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); such as, if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is nonrefundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved you will receive a return address.
Payment of refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Expect regular processing time for money transfers.
Transaction charges will be deducted from all refunds to the customer. The customer is refunded the product price minus the transaction fees. You will not be charged for shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the return address (as already mentioned above).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using shipping insurance for more high-priced items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
