• Full Refund for New Learners: If it’s your first week ever on Speak Stories, you’re eligible for a full refund, even if you’ve already accessed the class content. This is part of Speak Stories’ satisfaction guarantee for new families.

• After Access Begins: Once you’ve gained access to the content, refunds are no longer available, unless you're a new learner in your first week.
